PRODUCT CLEMENTINE FROM CORSICA
Characteristics Clementines are growing mainly in the southern of France in the Mediterranean basin.
The Corsican clementine has got a particularity, in spite of a good sugar rate, it keeps a little acidulate taste. Its leaves guarantee freshness and its fine skin is easy to peel. The fruits are fleshy with natural colour.
Family Clementine belong to the Mandarine variety from the family "citrus Reticulata Blanca"
Variety The original variety of Corsican clementine is the « Bigaradier ». But nowadays, the most usual varieties are: Fine, Caffin, Ritorcella, Nules, Clemenvilla, and Corsica 2
