Kiwi seems to be the ideal fruit. Indeed, it has a moderate caloric contribution 47/100g and an exceptional vitamin contribution dominated by the rate of vitamin C (between 80 and 130mg/100g), well protected by its skin. The kiwi supplied also a considerable quantity of vitamin E 3 mg/100g and a wide range of vitamin of the group B, in particular the vitamin B – (important function in the synthesis of neuro-transmitters) and anti-inanimate vitamin B9 It also contains various minerals: potassium 300 mg/100g and magnesium 17 mg /100 g.
